  Holi is  the vibrant Hindu "Festival of Colours" celebrating the triumph of good over evil and the arrival of spring, marked by playful throwing of colored powders and water, sharing sweets, and communal harmony .  It is a time for joy, forgiveness, and new beginnings, fostering love and brotherhood through community gatherings and festive rituals like Holika Dahan, a bonfire that symbolizes the burning of negativity.
